Core Working Functions

1. Real-time full data mirroring
    
   Continuously synchronize control logic, I/O status, alarm records, PID parameters, historical data between master and backup C200 controller; standby CPU maintains identical running state as primary.
2. Automatic bumpless failover
    
   When primary controller fails (power loss, hardware breakdown, communication interruption), the module triggers instant switchover to standby CPU within 10ms; process output maintains stable value without fluctuation, no shutdown risk.
3. Real-time dual-side health monitoring
    
   Mutual heartbeat detection between two redundant modules, immediately report abnormal communication or controller fault to DCS operation station.
4. Redundancy logic management
    
   Automatically determine master/standby role after power-on; support manual forced switchover for equipment maintenance without stopping production.
5. Fault event logging
    
   Record switchover time, fault root cause, module status for post-failure troubleshooting analysis.

System Matching Requirements

• A complete redundant C200 system requires two TK-PRR021 modules + two C200 CPU controllers + dedicated redundancy sync cable
• Applicable DCS platform: Experion PKS, Experion LS, TPS plant control system
• Cannot be used for single non-redundant controller configuration
