- Efficient and Precise Acquisition: Equipped with 16 independent digital input channels, it can simultaneously perform high-speed acquisition of status signals from multiple external devices (such as limit switches, buttons, sensors, etc.). The sampling frequency is as high as 1000Hz, enabling rapid response to device status changes and ensuring that the system obtains accurate information in a timely manner, meeting the strict real-time requirements of industrial automation.
- Highly Compatible Signal Processing: It supports various standard digital input signal types, including dry contact signals and 24V DC logic level signals, and can be adapted to industrial sensors and actuators of different brands and types, effectively solving the compatibility problems caused by the diversity of equipment signals in industrial sites.
- Electrical Isolation Protection: Each input channel adopts optoelectronic isolation technology with an isolation voltage of up to 500V AC. This can effectively isolate external electromagnetic interference, voltage fluctuations, and signal crosstalk. Even in industrial sites with complex electromagnetic environments or significant power fluctuations, it can ensure the accuracy and stability of signal transmission and enhance system reliability.
- Input Specifications: It supports two input modes: dry contact input and 24V DC level input. In the case of dry contact input, it can detect the closed and open states of the contacts. For 24V DC level input, a high level (15 - 30V DC) represents logic "1", and a low level (0 - 5V DC) represents logic "0".
- Response Time: The signal response speed is extremely fast, and the time from signal change to the stable output state of the module is less than 2ms, ensuring the timeliness of data collection and transmission and providing strong support for the rapid decision-making of industrial control systems.
- Communication Interfaces: It is equipped with an RS-485 communication interface and supports the Modbus RTU protocol, facilitating stable data communication with PLCs, DCS systems, host computers, etc. An Ethernet interface is also available as an option, supporting the Modbus TCP protocol to achieve high-speed remote data transmission and monitoring.
- Working Environment: The operating temperature range is -40°C to 70°C, and the relative humidity is 5% - 95% (non-condensing). Having passed strict EMC electromagnetic compatibility tests and industrial-grade environmental tests, it has excellent anti-vibration and anti-shock capabilities and can operate stably for a long time in harsh industrial environments.
