• Diverse Communication Interconnection: It integrates multiple mainstream industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, and CAN bus, and can be seamlessly connected to devices such as PLCs, host computers, and distributed control systems (DCS). Through the communication network, it can not only upload device operation data in real time, such as speed, working status, fault information, etc., but also supports remote modification of control parameters and adjustment of operation modes, which is convenient for operators to conduct remote monitoring and centralized management, and improves the intelligence level of the system.​

• Intelligent Diagnosis and Protection: Equipped with a comprehensive intelligent diagnosis system, it can monitor the operation status of the controller itself and the controlled equipment in real time. Once abnormal conditions such as overspeed, underspeed, overcurrent, and overvoltage are detected, it will immediately trigger audible and visual alarms and send fault codes to the monitoring system through the communication interface. At the same time, the built-in protection mechanism will automatically take measures such as speed reduction and shutdown to prevent equipment damage and ensure production safety. In addition, the system also supports the storage and query of historical fault data, which is convenient for technicians to analyze the cause of the fault and complete the maintenance quickly.​
