The TB825 3BSE036634R1 is an industrial-grade optical media converter designed to realize bidirectional signal conversion between twisted-pair copper cables (RJ45) and fiber optic cables in industrial Ethernet networks. It supports 10/100Mbps adaptive transmission rates, ensuring compatibility with both Fast Ethernet and Ethernet devices. With a maximum fiber optic transmission distance of 2km (multimode fiber) or 20km (single-mode fiber, optional), it effectively extends network coverage while avoiding electromagnetic interference (EMI) in harsh industrial environments. Compliant with IEEE 802.3 standards, it is widely used in industrial control systems, smart manufacturing, and energy sector networks requiring long-distance, anti-interference data transmission.

This converter adopts a rugged industrial housing made of die-cast aluminum, offering excellent heat dissipation and resistance to vibration (complying with IEC 60068-2-6) and shock. It integrates dual ports: one RJ45 port (for copper cable connection) and one SC/LC fiber optic port (configurable for multimode/single-mode). The built-in signal regeneration circuit ensures no data loss during conversion, while the EMI/RFI shielding (tinned copper mesh) blocks industrial noise interference. It supports "plug-and-play" operation with no complex configuration required, and features a wide operating temperature range of -30℃~+70℃, adapting to extreme cold, high-temperature, or dusty industrial sites. Additionally, LED status indicators (power, copper link, fiber link, data transmission) provide real-time monitoring of network status, enabling quick fault location.
