Notes

  • Analog signal cables must use shielded twisted-pair cables with the shield grounded at one end (control cabinet side), routed separately from digital signal cables (distance ≥150mm) to avoid signal crosstalk.
  • In current output mode, ensure the load impedance does not exceed 500Ω to prevent output signal distortion; in voltage output mode, the load impedance must be ≥10kΩ.
  • Module installation must ensure firm connection with the FLEX I/O rack and proper insertion of backplane connectors to avoid communication interruptions or output fluctuations due to poor contact.
  • During system commissioning, calibrate the output zero point and range via programming software, using a high-precision multimeter to measure the deviation between the actual output value and the set value.
  • Regularly (every 6 months recommended) check the signal quality of the output channels, using an oscilloscope to observe the output waveform to ensure no clutter or distortion.
