- Wiring: Connect the analog input signals to the designated terminals on the NTAI06. Use shielded cables to reduce electromagnetic interference, especially for low-level signals like thermocouple and millivolt signals. Follow the ABB wiring diagram carefully to ensure correct polarity and connection. Connect the 24 V DC power supply to the appropriate terminals, ensuring the power source is stable and within the specified voltage tolerance.
- Configuration: Configure the input signal types and ranges using the appropriate jumpers or software settings (if applicable). For example, set the jumpers on the unit to select between 4 - 20 mA or -10 to +10 V DC input signals.
