Protection Functions：

Phase Loss Protection: It continuously monitors the phase state of the three-phase power supply. Once a phase loss is detected, it immediately cuts off the motor power supply, effectively preventing the motor from burning out due to single-phase operation.

Undervoltage Protection: It monitors the power supply voltage in real-time. When the voltage is lower than the set threshold, it automatically cuts off the motor power supply to avoid performance degradation or damage of the motor due to operation under undervoltage conditions.

Parameter Setting and Adjustment：It supports parameter setting through a rotary coding switch. Engineers can easily adjust parameters such as the current threshold and action time of overload protection, as well as the voltage threshold of undervoltage protection. The parameter setting is intuitive and simple, without the need for complex programming operations, facilitating on-site engineers to flexibly configure according to the actual operating requirements of the motor.

Working Principle：Based on advanced electronic technology and intelligent algorithms, it collects key parameters such as current and voltage during the motor operation in real-time and compares and analyzes them with the preset protection thresholds. Once an abnormal situation is detected, it immediately triggers the corresponding protection logic, and cuts off the motor power supply by controlling the output contact action, achieving effective protection of the motor.

Installation and Adaptability：With a compact modular design, it can be directly installed on a standard DIN rail. The installation process is simple and quick, saving installation space. It is suitable for various three-phase AC motors with a rated operating voltage of AC 230V - 690V and a rated operating current within a certain range, and has good compatibility with motors of different brands and models.

Status Indication：It is equipped with clear and intuitive LED indicators to display the working status and fault information of the protection unit. For example, the green indicator light is on during normal operation; when faults such as overload and short circuit occur, the corresponding red indicator light flashes and remains on, enabling operators to quickly determine the motor operation status and fault type, and conduct fault troubleshooting and handling in a timely manner.
