The METSO IOP303 RTD Input Module is a high-precision data acquisition device specifically designed for industrial temperature monitoring and control systems. With advanced signal processing technology and reliable performance, it can accurately collect resistance temperature detector (RTD) signals, providing stable and accurate temperature data for industrial automation processes, helping to enhance the reliability and efficiency of production.
- High-precision Temperature Acquisition: It supports the input of various standard RTD types such as Pt100 and Pt1000. Using high-precision A/D conversion technology, the temperature measurement accuracy reaches ±0.1℃ (typical value), which can accurately capture temperature changes and meet the strict requirements of industrial-grade temperature monitoring.
- Linearization Compensation and Filtering: The built-in linearization algorithm automatically compensates for the non-linear characteristics of RTDs, ensuring accurate measurement results. It also has a digital filtering function, which can effectively suppress signal noise interference and output smooth and stable temperature data.
- Electrical Isolation Protection: Each input channel adopts isolation technology with an isolation voltage of up to 1500Vrms. It can effectively isolate electrical interference, surges, and ground loops between field devices and the control system, ensuring the stable operation of the system.
- Fault Diagnosis and Alarm: It continuously monitors faults such as RTD disconnection, short circuit, and out-of-range. When an abnormality occurs, it alarms through LED indicator lights and outputs fault codes, enabling maintenance personnel to quickly locate and resolve problems.
- Input Channels: It has [X] independent RTD input channels, supporting parallel acquisition to monitor multiple temperature points simultaneously.

- High Precision and Stability: Using high-quality components and precise circuit design, and through strict testing and calibration, the Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) exceeds 200,000 hours, ensuring long-term stable and accurate temperature data collection.
- Convenient Installation and Maintenance: Adopting the standard 35mm DIN rail installation, it has a compact structure, and installation and removal are convenient. It supports hot-swappable operation, allowing module replacement without system shutdown. The module is equipped with intuitive status indicator lights, facilitating quick checking of the operation status and fault information.
- Flexible Expandability: Channel parameters can be flexibly configured according to actual needs. It supports cascading multiple modules, easily expanding the number of temperature monitoring points to meet the requirements of industrial projects of different scales.
