Main Functions

1. Field contact state centralized acquisition
    
   Collect valve open/close limit feedback, pump running auxiliary contacts, emergency stop buttons, safety door interlock, pressure/temperature switch trip signals, transmit digital status to DCS controller.
2. High-precision SOE sequence of events recording
    
   Capture millisecond-level fault trigger time sequence for accident post-analysis of ESD emergency shutdown systems.
3. Pulse signal counting for flow measurement
    
   Receive pulse output from turbine flowmeters, accumulate flow totalizer inside the module to reduce controller load.
4. Configurable anti-bounce filtering
    
   Adjust input filter time according to on-site contact quality to avoid false triggering caused by mechanical contact vibration.
5. Redundant I/O high-reliability acquisition
    
   Dual-module hot standby redundancy design for critical safety interlock loops, single module failure does not lose field signal collection.
6. Complete self-diagnosis & fault upload
