Product Overview

The IRDH275-435 is a high-performance insulation monitoring device (IMD) designed by BENDER for detecting ground faults in ungrounded AC/DC systems (IT systems). It ensures electrical safety by continuously monitoring insulation resistance and triggering alarms when faults are detected, preventing equipment damage and personnel hazards .

• Monitors AC 0–793V and DC 0–650V systems, with optional voltage couplers extending to 7200V AC/1760V DC 

• Supports mixed AC/DC systems, including those with variable frequency drives (VFDs).

✅ Precision Monitoring

• Measurement Range: 1kΩ–10MΩ, with adjustable response thresholds for early warnings .

• Accuracy: ±1kΩ (1kΩ–10kΩ) / ±10% (10kΩ–10MΩ) .

✅ Advanced Diagnostics

• Dual Alarm Relays: Two SPDT contacts for fault signaling (configurable as NO/NC).

• Self-Test & History: Automatic self-checks and event logging (up to 300 events in "B" versions) .

• Real-Time Display: Two-line LCD showing insulation resistance and system status .

✅ Robust Design

• Operating Temp: -40°C to +70°C, with IP30/IP20 protection for harsh environments .

• Isolation: 2500V between circuits for noise immunity .
