The ABB model TB82PH2110110 from the TB82PH series is a loop-powered, two-wire transmitter designed for pH, ORP (oxidation-reduction potential) and pIon (ion-specific) measurements. It offers digital communications options (HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, PROFIBUS PA) and is suitable for industrial use in harsh or hazardous environments (NEMA 4X / IP65 rated). The transmitter features an intuitive user interface with menu-guided setup, dual displays (primary measurement plus selectable secondary display) and is designed for straightforward calibration and maintenance.

In high-electrical-noise or lightning-prone environments, use properly shielded cable, good grounding and take advantage of built-in lightning suppressor.
Regular calibration and sensor maintenance are recommended to maintain measurement accuracy and reliability.
Avoid installation in extreme ambient conditions beyond the rated –20 °C to +60 °C or prolonged exposure to condensation/humidity exceeding spec.
When installed in hazardous zones, confirm that the model carries the required certification (e.g., ATEX Zone 1, Group IIC) and use appropriate barriers or intrinsically safe wiring as applicable.
