Dedicated extension cable kit for ABB ACS series control panels (ACS-CP-C/ACS-CP-D) and H-series panels (e.g., H-CP-A). It extends the connection distance between the control panel and the inverter, enabling flexible mounting of the panel (e.g., remote operation stations, high-accessibility locations) while maintaining stable data transmission and control functionality—critical for large industrial cabinets or on-site operation scenarios.

Precautions

  1. Length Matching: Do not exceed 10m (max supported length); longer cables cause signal attenuation, leading to delayed control or data loss.
  2. Cable Routing: Avoid routing alongside high-voltage cables (≥380V) or inverters’ output cables—maintain ≥10cm spacing to reduce EMI interference.
  3. Connector Protection: When disconnected, use the included dust caps (supplied in the kit) to cover connectors and prevent dust/water ingress.
  4. Mechanical Stress: Avoid bending the cable at sharp angles (minimum bend radius: 15mm) or pulling it forcefully—prevents conductor breakage.
