The SCHNEIDER SCADAPack 32 is a powerful programmable logic controller. It combines the monitoring and communication capabilities of a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) with the data processing and recording functions of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). It is specifically designed for remote industrial processes that require automatic monitoring and autonomous control, and performs excellently in harsh industrial environments.
Product Specifications
- Processor: Equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor running at 120MHz, with 8MB of SDRAM and 4MB of flash memory, ensuring efficient data processing and program operation. It can quickly respond to various industrial control commands.
- Integrated Power Supply: The processor board version (SCADAPack 32P) has a built-in integrated power supply, providing reliable power support for the stable operation of the device and reducing the complexity of external power configuration.
- I/O Configuration: It offers a rich set of I/O options, including 8 analog input channels (users can choose 0 - 10V (15-bit accuracy) or 0 - 20mA (14-bit accuracy), 0 - 32.678V (15-bit accuracy)); 2 analog output channels (with an optional 5305 analog output module, output range 0 - 20mA); 4 digital inputs on the controller board (3 digital input/counter, 1 interrupt input with optical isolation) and 1 digital output (30V/60mA, used as a status output). In addition, through the 5604 I/O board, an additional 32 channels can be provided, which can be configured as inputs or outputs (maximum output 1A DC/dry contact input).
- Communication Capabilities:
- Serial Communication: It has 3 RS - 232 ports and 1 RS - 232/485 port, supporting Modbus RTU, Modbus ASCII, and DNP3 communication protocols. It is convenient for serial communication with various industrial devices to achieve data interaction.
- Ethernet Communication: With a built-in Ethernet port, it supports Ethernet IP/Series and can be easily connected to an Ethernet local area network or wide area network to meet the needs of high-speed and large-volume data transmission, facilitating remote monitoring and control.
- Wireless Communication (Optional): For remote application scenarios, an integrated 900MHz and 2.4GHz license-free spread spectrum wireless module can be selected. It also supports external radios and modems (using Hayes AT commands), greatly expanding the communication flexibility of the device in complex environments.
