Product Overview

The 3500/42M is a four-channel monitoring module designed for machinery protection systems, capable of processing inputs from proximity probes and seismic sensors (accelerometers/velocity sensors). It provides vibration and position measurements while comparing signals against user-programmable alarm setpoints to trigger alerts for mechanical protection .

  • Direct/Notch Filters: 4 Hz–4 kHz or 1 Hz–600 Hz (±1% accuracy) .

  • Gap/1X/2X Filters: For precise harmonic analysis (e.g., -57.7 dB suppression for 1X/2X vectors) .

• Static values: Outputs include amplitude, phase lag, and Smax for diagnostics .

• Configurable thresholds: Alarm/danger setpoints adjustable from 0–100% of full scale (accuracy ±0.13%) .

• Dual relay outputs: For fault signaling (configurable as NO/NC) .
