The ABB INSEM11 Event Sequence Master Module (SOE Master Module) is a core module of the ABB INFI 90 Distributed Control System (DCS).
It provides centralized Sequence of Events (SOE) management by collecting, timestamping, and recording event signals from multiple I/O nodes.
The module works in conjunction with event input modules (such as INESM01) and communication modules (such as INNPM, INNIS) to enable precise time-stamped logging, fault analysis, historical playback, and operator tracking in critical industrial systems.
With millisecond-level clock synchronization and event buffering, INSEM11 ensures reliable, chronological event recording for power plants, petrochemical plants, steel plants, and other large-scale industrial processes.
