- Rack Compatibility: Install only in AC 800M standard racks (e.g., UR801, UR802) to ensure proper backplane power and communication. Do not use in non-ABB racks.
- Environmental Limits: Keep ambient temperature within -25°C to +60°C; avoid installation in humid, dusty, or corrosive areas (use a sealed rack if needed) to prevent relay contact corrosion.
- Maintenance Checks: Periodically inspect relay contacts for wear (via fault diagnostics) and replace the module if multiple channels fail—worn contacts can cause intermittent control issues.
