      • For flammable sample gases, ensure correct explosion-proof version is used and installed according to ATEX/IECEx or other applicable standards.

      • Design sample-gas conditioning (filtering, drying, condensate removal) to protect analyzer modules from contamination or damage.

      • Ensure power supply and grounding meet manufacturer requirements; wiring and communication interface must be compatible with system.

      • Schedule regular maintenance: calibration, drift monitoring, sensor health, cleaning.

      • Installation site should be well-ventilated, free from heavy vibration and corrosive atmospheres; allow adequate clearance for maintenance.
